Lakeview Dental is a Fee-For-Service practice, which means that our treatment plans and costs are not dictated by insurance. Our decision-making is purely patient-driven.
Lakeview Dental is seeking a warm, confident, and professional Front Desk team member to help support our organization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a fast-paced office environment and have excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who can sincerely create connections with our clients and help them feel welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with warmth and enthusiasm and assist them in their check-in and check-out experiences.
- Answer phone calls and serve patients.
- Schedule strategically.
- Present treatment plans and make financial arrangements with patients.
- Send insurance claims.
- Evaluate accounts receivable and collect payments from patients and insurance.
- Verify insurance and create accurate treatment plans according to insurance details.

- Dental office: 1 year (Preferred).
- Dental Insurance claim submission: 1 year (Preferred).
